Reservations can be booked through our online reservation program. Press Book Now button and follow steps. You can also call 231-882-9950 or email us at kb@benzoniarusticresort.com.
Per Michigan Law there is no smoking inside facilities. If smoke is detected then we reserve the right to charge an appropriate cleaning fee.
Check out is 11 am and check in is 4 pm. In order for the resort to prepare for the next check in we ask that you kindly check out on time. Late check outs, without prior permission, will be charged $25 an hour.
Parking is limited to 2 vehicles per rental. If more is needed check with resort staff for other possibilities.
Reservations require 50% down at time of reservation. Final payment is due in full 30 days prior to reservation. Any reservation booked less than 30 days in advance is required to pay in full. Reservations cancelled 30 days or more prior to reservation is fully refundable. Cancellations 29 days or less are non refundable. Cancellation within 29 days of reservation will be refunded a voucher for equal value to be used within 365 days of issue. All reservations during Salmon season (September1-October 31) are non refundable. All reservations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee or voucher of lesser/equal value.
We do require 2 nights on weekends, with holidays and salmon season requiring a 3 night minimum during weekends.
All accommodations are pet friendly. Pets need to be pre-approved at time of booking. There is a nominal cleaning fee for each pet. There is also a limit of 2 per accommodation. Pets are required to be on leashes at all times on Resort Grounds. Owners are responsible for any damages to Benzonia Rustic Resort Property.
